The eGrades Grade Submission tool will be down temporarily from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM on December 8th, 2018 to preform emergency maintenance.
This update will fix the duplicate listings on the eGrades receipt page for courses with cross listed sections, performance enhancements, and extra verification for Grade Submission.
Instructors will be unable to submit grades during the time period stated above.
The network has been restored in the Engineering West building.

The Mediasite Cloud Team will be performing maintenance on Mediasite Cloud Servers during our scheduled maintenance window on December 8th between 1:01AM EST and 5:00AM EST. This maintenance requires taking the environment offline, and as such Mediasite will not be available during this window. We do not expect any downtime before or after the designated window. OIT will continue to monitor the process and update the university community as needed.
On Friday, November 30, 2018, between 4:00 am and 6:00 am, OIT will upgrade the network in the FAU College of Arts and Letters (09) Performing Arts (51) Humanities (52) and Visual Arts (53) buildings. This upgrade will cause intermittent interruptions to the network, wireless, and telephones in the aforementioned buildings. Description of change: OIT will be conducting a proof of concept test for a new product that is a candidate for replacement of a component in the FAU email system.

Description of change: OIT will upgrade the Single Sign-On system as part of our identity management upgrade.

Affected services: sso.fau.edu, grouper.fau.edu, all SSO clients including Banner Self Service, Workday, Canvas, and many others.

Expected End-user impact: During this time, some users may experience issues logging into numerous single sign-on authenticated services. Groups sync’s will be delayed while an initial sync is performed.
