Sonic Foundry will be performing maintenance on the Mediasite Cloud Servers during their scheduled maintenance window on January 26th between 1:01AM EST and 5:00AM EST. This maintenance requires taking the environment offline, and as such Mediasite will not be available during this window. We do not expect any downtime before or after the designated window.
The MYFAU mail icon issue has been resolved.

Canvas Mandatory Course Entry Quiz was not showing up for users with High Contrast UI Setting Enabled for Canvas. We have corrected the problem and will be deploying the change to production shortly. The Quiz may be unavailable for a short period of time while the changes are deployed.
OIT will be performing emergency network maintenance tomorrow morning from 7:00 a.m. until 7:30 a.m. to replace a failed component in core network equipment. We do not anticipate any disruption in network connectivity during the maintenance window.
The MYFAU issue has been resolved.

Occasionally when reaching a page on MYFAU, you may receive a “502 Bad Gateway”. We are looking into the issue and hope to have more information soon. In the meantime, refreshing the page seems to clear up the problem and allow you to load the page.

VPN Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on the VPN on Wednesday December 19th

Expected End-user impact: During this time, we do not anticipate any end user impact for regular users of the VPN. Mobile users will start getting prompted for Duo two-factor to connect to the VPN and they will have expanded service capabilities on par with users of the desktop client.
