Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/21/2016 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

When: 3:00AM – 7:00AM
Affected services: Luminis production (MyFAU)

Description of maintenance: OIT will apply Oracle PSU to DB’s on host mcoracle.
User impact: MyFAU and Luminis will be come unavailable during the maintenance window.

When: 3:00AM – 7:00AM
Affected services: IEA Data Warehouse, Resource 25
Affected systems: boc22ora05
Description of maintenance: OIT will apply Oracle PSU to DB’s on host boc22ora05.
User impact: The IEA Datawarehouse will not be available during this time. The Resource 25 application will experiance interruptions in service as well.

Update requirements for the Data loss prevention (DLP) rules for Office 365 users
When: 6:00AM – 6:10AM
Affected services: Office 365 email
Affected systems: Office365
Description of maintenance: OIT will be changing the Data loss prevention (DLP) policies for all Office 365 users to restrict sending of drivers license and credit card numbers in addition to SSN and DEA Number of occurances of 5 or more
User impact: SSN, DEA Number, credit card and driver’s license pattern matching will warn the user but allow the mail to be sent if it contains 1-4 occurences and block, but allow the user to override if it contains 5 or more occurences

The single sign-on system will be partially unavailable from 11:00 pm Tuesday July 19th, 2016 to 1:00 am Wednesday July 20th, 2016. While the maintenance is in progress users may intermittently experience difficulty logging into services such as Blackboard, Self Service, Office 365, Owlapps, and Workday.
Wednesday, July 20 – TouchNet has completed this maintenance cycle. All payment applications are back online and available for regular business use.

The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance; from 3:00(am) to 7:00(am) –EST, on Wednesday 7/20/2016.
This will affect student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner applications.
We will be performing Emergency Blackboard Maintenance between 4:00am and 4:30am to resolve an issue with Item Analysis.

User impact: Users with 2Factor enabled will be forced to 2Factor when logging into Banner Self Service.
