Office 365 email is currently unavailable through web browsers. Email clients and devices set up appear to be functioning as normal.

Resolved: Echo360 Service Restart

The issue that was causing ESS to be unavailable has been resolved.

ESS navigation, publishing of  Echo presentations, and  media presentation edit functionality within ESS have been restored,  as well as viewership of Echo360 presentations to all users.

Data is still being moved.  Services should be accessible within the hour.

 

OIM maintenance is running longer than expected.  No ETA at this point, will update status shortly.

OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. July 30 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/30/2015 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.  In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Affected services: VIP document management system (Scanned Student and/or Faculty Records)
Affected systems: ​vip.fau.edu
Description of maintenance: OIT will upgrade the authentication server for the VIP Document Management System to comply with security requirements.
User impact: Momentary interruption of use of the vip document management system
