Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 08/03/2015 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Affected services: Password Expiration Scripts
Affected systems: chessboard.fau.edu
Description of maintenance: Upgrade the password expiration tool to support multiple password expiration policies.
User impact: Chessboard and the MFA enrollment application will restart when the chessboard system is updated.

Affected services: ODS production environment. Webfocus won’t be able to connect to the ODS database.
Affected systems: odsprod
Description of maintenance: We need to upgrade the ODS version from 8.4.1 to 8.5.1
User impact: Affected services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Affected systems: Banner Accounts Receivable
Description of maintenance: Install Banner Accounts Receivable 8.5.0.4 patch in production. This patch is maintenance for the Accounts Receivable module required in preparation for the General 8.8.0 upgrade later this Fall.
User impact: No user impact is anticipated
