Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 01/18/2024 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Zoom imports to Mediasite have resumed.
Currently, recordings made in zoom and configured for import to Mediasite are not being imported. OIT is working with the vendor to investigate and remedy this issue.
Manual upload via My Mediasite is still available.
UPDATE 1/8/2024 3:00PM:
Workday identified issues with their Internet Service Provider, and are now using an alternate route which has corrected the outage. All systems are now operational.

Our production Workday tenant is currently experiencing a service disruption. This is a nationwide outage, impacting multiple clients. Workday is aware of the issue and they are working at restoring the service. Thank you.
The issue with the Mediasite-Canvas Integration Error has been resolved. Links and catalogs are working as well as MyMediasite and the embed tool.
OIT and the vendor continue to work to mitigate this error. At this time Links and catalogs should be available in Canvas, however access to MyMediasite and the Embed tool are still reporting errors.
Users are experiencing a LTI error when trying to access Mediasite through Canvas. OIT is aware problem and is investigating the situation with the vendor. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
The network infrastructure team will be replacing a failing switch within the Research Computing Cluster between 2:45 pm and 3 pm this afternoon. Please report any issues to https://helpdesk.fau.edu and will investigate as needed.
FAU’s OIT run Research Computing equipment in Jupiter is currently experiencing a network outage. The Infrastructure team is investigating and will provide more information as it comes in.
