The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance -Starting from 3:00am to 7:00am (EST) Friday, September 22nd. This affects student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services. We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you. You may wish to place warnings on your website, or take your store offline. The Boca Raton campus experienced network disruptions between 9:35 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. today due to hardware issues. These disruptions may have prevented users from accessing FAU technology services as well as access to the internet from most FAU campuses.
The Success Network (EAB Navigate) system is currently experiencing slow loading of search results and reports. The vendor has been notified and we will post an update as we have additional information.

We are currently experiencing issues with the connection between Banner and Touchnet payment system. Payments are being processed successfully, however due to the connection issue, student payments and changes may not be accurately reflected in the Student Account Balance in the Touchnet and Student Self Service portals.
We are currently working with Touchnet to identify and resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

OIT will be performing changes to apps.fau.edu in order to improve stability of the site the morning of 8/29/23, between 3AM and 7AM. During this time apps.fau.edu will be down.
Sonic Foundry will be updating Mediasite Video Cloud to the latest release during the scheduled maintenance window on August 27, between 1:01 AM and 5:00 AM EDT. Extended downtime is not expected. However, Mediasite may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.
FAU is currently experiencing issues with email delivery. OIT is currently investigating the issue and anticipates that these issues will be resolved shortly. Following the resolution to this issue users may experience delayed email delivery for any emails that were sent during the outage.
