Citrix will be troubleshooting connectivity issues within the remote apps environment (apps.fau.edu) between 11AM and 12PM today. While we work to isolate the issue, users may experience occasional logon issues while using the apps.fau.edu web portal, or the Citrix Workspace app.

Update Forms Server User Accounts
Description of change: OIT will be updating the notification preferences for a number of user accounts in Frevvo.

Affected services: Some forms server accounts will be modified. There is no anticipated interruption of service.
Expected End-user impact: No end user impact is expected during this time. After the change, a number of users will have their notification preferences updated

The storage system supporting the Bio Medical Information Core rebooted or became unavailable at ~11:30 am.
Several servers and services failed during this time resulting in a loss of service. We are investigating the problem and recovering the servers that are offline.
This issue has been resolved, and we are investigating adjustments to the BHRIC network which will prevent it in the future.
The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance -Starting from 3:00am to 7:00am (EST) Friday, June 25th. This affects student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services. We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you. You may wish to place warnings on your website, or take your store offline.
