[RESOLVED] TouchNet Systems Maintenance, Thursday, August 5th from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance -Starting from 3:00am to 7:00am (EST) Thursday, August 5th. This affects student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services. We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you. You may wish to place warnings on your website, or take your store offline. If this scheduled downtime creates a conflict for your operations, please feel free to contact us at FIS@fau.edu for further discussion. Expected End-user impact: During this time all student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services will be unavailable during this maintenance cycle.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/22/2021 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Top Hat Single Sign On

Beginning today users signing into the Active Learning tool known as Top Hat, will be required to use their FAU login. The first time doing so they will be prompted to merge their FAU login with their existing Top Hat account (regardless of whether or not that account used their FAU email address). [Resolved] Apps.fau.edu intermittent logon issues on 6/28/21 from 11AM-12PM

Citrix will be troubleshooting connectivity issues within the remote apps environment (apps.fau.edu) between 11AM and 12PM today. While we work to isolate the issue, users may experience occasional logon issues while using the apps.fau.edu web portal, or the Citrix Workspace app.
