OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Feb 16 from 12:01AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02/16/2023 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Prompting Engine Upgrade
Description of change: OIT will be upgrading the Single Sign On Prompting Engine to improve reliability, performance, and usability.
Downtime window start: 02/16/2023 5:00 AM
Downtime window end: 02/16/2023 6:00 AM
Affected services: Single Sign On and any services that use SSO.
End-user impact: No end-user impact is expected during the change. The SSO page will have a new look after the change.

FAU Graduate Admissions App Intermittent issues

The Graduate Admissions App (cobapp.fau.edu) is currently offline due to problems with a back-end system. The problem is being investigated and we will update this post when it is online.
