Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 08/03/2015 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Description of maintenance: Upgrade the password expiration tool to support multiple password expiration policies.
User impact: Chessboard and the MFA enrollment application will restart when the chessboard system is updated.

Fixes an issue with renaming accounts. Username changes must also include a change to their UserBatchUid in blackboard.
User impact: No downtime is expected for this change

Description of maintenance: Install Banner Financial Aid 8.23.0.6 patch in production. This patch creates a critical report for the 2015/2016 Direct Loan Reconciliation process. The Financial Aid office has been waiting for this item to be released and they have requested that it be expedited into production.
