Disable Microsoft Recall Features on University Owned Devices
Description of change: OIT will be implementing proactive changes on Wednesday June 12th to disable Microsoft Copilot+ Recall features on newer systems in order to protect sensitive university and personal information.

Description of change: OIT will perform software upgrades to the Netapp Production Cluster

Process for loading post-secondary schools after admission apps have been loaded
Description of change: OIT will apply some changes to allow loading of schools after admission apps have been loaded. Also, some changes will be made for loading post-secondary schools. In addition, self-reported degree dates for post-secondary schools will no longer be loaded and a filter will be added to prevent loading fau school records into the transfer school table.

Network Maintenance – HBOI
Description of change: OIT will be performing network maintenance affecting the HBOI campus from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m on Sunday June 9th. During this time, connectivity to services at HBOI and connectivity from HBOI to the internet will be disrupted for periods of time during the maintenance window.

Transcript requests are now functional again. Any issues please report them to the Help Desk.
We have been experiencing issues with our Transcript request/payments service as of Friday, May 31st, 2024. We have removed the options that are not working currently, and added an message referencing the service interruption. We are working with our vendors to restore this service. Thank you for your understanding.
Mediasite has resolved the error impacting presentation and channel availability via Canvas.
OIT is aware and investigating along with the vendor, a connection error between Canvas and Mediasite.
