A password changed in MyFAU are currently not synchronizing with other systems. We are working on this issue and hope to have this resolved soon.
Update – This issue has been resolved. Passwords changes originating from MyFAU made earlier today, may still be un-synchronized. A new password change will need to be made.

Echo360 will be unavailable from 2:30 pm – 5:00pm.
The Echo class video system is being updated to provide access to the latest features from Echo360 and correct ongoing issues with the system.
All users will be unable to view , edit, or uploading media via ESS during the downtime,
End-user impact should be minimized at this time, as regular term classes will no longer access content stored in the Echo system.
The network connectivity issue between all campus locations has been resolved.

Google Cloud Print and Print to Email are both working.
OIT is migrating PaperCut to a new platform on 12/16/14. During the migration, pay for print in computer labs will be unavailable. The downtime window is from 5AM to 5PM, and status updates will be posted throughout the day.
The Assignment Tool issue in Blackboard has been resolved. Instructors with affected student submissions should have received an email today (12/2/14) with the names of students, assignments, and courses that were affected. This email also contains instructions on how to clear the attempts so students may resubmit.
