Communication Infrastructure will be performing network from 2:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 6th. Due to the nature of the maintenance, FAU may experience a 10-15 minute network outage at some point during this window. This outage will affect connectivity between FAU and the internet as well as connectivity within FAU.
Echo360 will be undergoing an upgrade on May 5th, 2014, and will be unavailable from 10AM – 2PM. Thank you for your patience and ongoing cooperation.

User impact: There will be no user downtime

Users may notice outlook prompting to restart if CM 251 has been opened in the calendars section. Please restart outlook and let the calendar update. This is due to the room being moved to Office 365.

FAU experienced a network outage caused by a software issue between 6:10p.m. and 6:35p.m. today. This outage affected connectivity within the FAU campus as well as connectivity to the internet. This outage would have caused issues for students trying to watch streaming media or take online exams such as those given through Blackboard during this time.
Blackboard will be intermittently unavailable from 4-6 AM due to necessary maintenance.
Blackboard maintenance has completed.
RESOLVED: Echo360 will be intermittently unavailable from 3:30PM-3:45PM . The Echo360 environment needs to be restarted to re-sync media store locations. Users will be unable to perform EMI transfers, or access and start viewing Echo360 captures during this window.
