The network stability issues on the Jupiter campus have been resolved and stable network connectivity was restored around 4:30.
The Jupiter campus is experiencing network instability again affecting connectivity to the internet. OIT is currently working to resolve the issue and restore network connectivity to normal.
The network instability issues at the Jupiter campus were resolved around 8:40 a.m. this morning. OIT has been monitoring the situation and has not seen further disruptions in the network after that time.
The Jupiter campus is currently experiencing intermittent network connectivity following a power issue this morning and OIT is currently working to stabilize connectivity. These disruptions are causing intermittent issues accessing the internet and on-campus services
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks from Wednesday, 10/08 until Friday, 10/11 between 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Microsoft 365 Login Adjustments
Description of change: OIT will be making adjustments to Microsoft 365 sign-in restrictions. End user impact is expected to be minimal.

Advanced VPN Client Updates
Description of change: OIT will be pushing additional updates to user running the Advanced VPN client starting October 8th, 2024. Users will receive a notification to upgrade their VPN client and they will be prompted to reboot their device afterwards in order to apply the changes.

Users may experience problems with multiple applications such as: Self Service, Banner Admin, MYFAU webparts, Registration, grading, reporting, etc. We are currently working on the issue and trying to restore services as soon as possible.
