Description of change: OIT will upgrade domain services for the Harbor Branch campus.

Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on Banner from 2:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. on May 11th. Banner will not be available during this time.

OIT is performing an upgrade of this service and there will be outages beginning at 8AM on Tuesday, May 8th. Services should be restored by the end of the day.
The vhealth.fau.edu Virtual Desktop system is experiencing an outage with select pools of desktops. If you or your team are having issues please reach out to hpc@fau.edu and we will work to get you online while our storage vendor debugs the problem. We have temporary solutions available to get you online.
Banner Admin is now working as expected, in addition to Banner Self Service 9 Registration.

UPDATE:
We are also receiving reports that the Self Service 9 Registration service is having issues. When students click on register for classes, they are receiving a 500 error. These issues seem to be related with admin as well, we are working on identifying and correcting it as quickly as possible.
For now users will have issues with Banner Admin and Banner Self Service 9. In addition, some other Banner services may be impacted.

We have some users that are having issues with Banner admin. When trying to login, it stays on a blank page and never logs in the user. We are looking a this now, and will report back once we identify the issue.
The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance -Starting from 3:00am to 7:00am (EST) Friday, May 12th. This affects student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services. We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you. You may wish to place warnings on your website, or take your store offline. If this scheduled downtime creates a conflict for your operations, please feel free to contact us at FIS@fau.edu for further discussion. Expected End-user impact: During this time all student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services will be unavailable during this maintenance cycle.
