We are investigating issues with our production Banner administrative application. When users open a form they are receiving “Service Invocation Failed” ” Couldn’t access remote service” the team is looking at these issues now and will post more information once we identify the source of the error.
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with single-sign on that may cause delayed logins or errors while logging into services such as Workday and Canvas. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
