UPDATE: The root cause was found to be DNS resolution issues with the CDN provider. Service was restored after issue was resolved.
Sonic Foundry is currently investigating slower than normal response times in the Mediasite Video Cloud environment. On Demand and Live playback may be impacted, as well as Portal access and other Mediasite Features.
We have identified an issue with the Attestation reports updating properly. Please disregard the overdue email notifications you may have received. We are working to resolve as soon as possible.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10/29/2020 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Description of change: Create a process to purge Banner sensitive info such as SSN, driver’s license records, direct deposit records of non-students, non employees, and applicants that applied more than five years ago.

OIT Will be performing maintenance on core network equipment on the Fort Lauderdale campus on Thursday October 29th from 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. During this time, there will be periods of disruption to services at Fort Lauderdale, connectivity to the internet from the Fort Lauderdale campus, and connectivity to other campuses.
OIT Will be performing maintenance on core network equipment on the Davie campus on Wednesday October 28th from 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. During this time, there will be periods of disruption to services at Davie, connectivity to the internet, and connectivity to other campuses.
OIT Will be performing maintenance on core network equipment on the HBOI campus on Monday October 26th from 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. During this time, there will be periods of disruption to services at HBOI, connectivity to the internet, and connectivity to other campuses.
OIT will be performing maintenance on core network equipment on the Jupiter campus from 5:00 a.m. until 7:30 a.m. this upcoming Sunday. During this time there may be intermittent connectivity to services at Jupiter, connectivity from Jupiter to the internet, and connectivity from Jupiter to other campuses.
OIT will be performing maintenance on FAU’s virtual apps infrastructure on Thursday, October 22 from 4AM-7AM.
Apps.fau.edu will be intermittently unavailable during this time.
