OIT will be performing network maintenance in the early morning hours on Sunday September the 15th. During this maintenance, users may experience brief network interruptions on the Boca Raton and Jupiter campuses lasting for several seconds at a time. With the exception of the brief traffic interruptions, the network is generally expected to be available during the maintenance window. All maintenance activities will cease prior to 6:00 a.m.
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 09/12/2019 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. The bellow issue has been resolved and the service restored.
[RESOLVED] Due to a software issue on our data transfer nodes this service is temporarily offline. We are rebuilding the Windows file share service and hope to have it online by the end of the day.
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with inbound telephone calls. We are working with multiple vendors to resolve the issue.

The Biomedical Health Research Informatics Core experienced an error that prevented virtual desktops being rebooted, started, or migrated. The error occurred between 7:00 – 7:50 am August 22 and appears to have been resolved. For more information please contact the Research Computing team.
The issues impacting the FAUWPA2 wireless network have been resolved, and the FAUWPA2 wireless network should be operating normally at this time.
OIT has received reports regarding issues when connecting to the FAUWPA2 wireless network in some locations. OIT is investigating the issue and will provide updates as they become available.
