Wednesday, July 20 – TouchNet has completed this maintenance cycle. All payment applications are back online and available for regular business use.

The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance; from 3:00(am) to 7:00(am) –EST, on Wednesday 7/20/2016.

This will affect student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner applications.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/07/2016 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Enable multifactor authentication for Banner Self-Service
When: 5:00AM – 6:00AM
Affected services: Banner Self Service
Affected systems: Banner Self Service
Description of maintenance: OIT will enable 2Factor authentication for users who are 2Factor enabled and wish to access Banner Self Service.
User impact: Users with 2Factor enabled will be forced to 2Factor when logging into Banner Self Service.

Description of maintenance: Applying quarterly database patches and increase memory for MSOP Database. MSOP is a multipurpose database used the services listed above.
User impact: The services listed above will not be available during the time of maintenance.

All Electronic Payments and Refunds will be disabled during this time.

When: 3:00 – 7:00AM
Affected services: All SMB and SFTP shares on andisec
Affected systems: andisec
Description of maintenance: OIT will increase the size for the transfer share on andisec
User impact: All SMB and SFTP shares on andisec will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Jobs that are connected to andisec will need to be restarted once andisec is available again.

[RESOLVED] – Issues with Office365 applications (Email, Skype for Business, SharePoint)

We are currently experiencing some connectivity issues with Office365 applications, such as email, Skype for Business, and SharePoint. We are investigating the issue and have contacted Microsoft for assistance in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

OIT will be performing potentially intrusive network maintenance tomorrow morning from 6:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. During this time, there may be a brief interruption of network connectivity on the Boca Raton campus lasting approximately 30 seconds.
