OIT will be performing maintenance on core network equipment on the Boca Raton campus from 5:00 a.m. until 7:30 a.m. this upcoming Sunday. During this time there may be intermittent connectivity to networked services on the Boca Raton campus, connectivity from Boca Raton to the internet, and connectivity from Boca Raton to other campuses.
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 11/12/2020 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. UPDATE: The root cause was found to be DNS resolution issues with the CDN provider. Service was restored after issue was resolved.
Sonic Foundry is currently investigating slower than normal response times in the Mediasite Video Cloud environment. On Demand and Live playback may be impacted, as well as Portal access and other Mediasite Features.
We have identified an issue with the Attestation reports updating properly. Please disregard the overdue email notifications you may have received. We are working to resolve as soon as possible.
