Canvas is currently working to resolve an issue with its document viewer, Docviewer. Users will be unable to see previews of documents within their Canvas courses. Users can download the documents to view them on there computers. For more information please visit https://status.instructure.com/

Expected End-user impact: No users should be impacted. However, each of the listed VMs/servers will be offline for about 2 mins.
We have received reports that TeamDynamix, the helpdesk system, is experiencing slowness. We have contacted the vendor and they are investigating the issue.

This issue has been resolved.
The Docviewer in Canvas, which you might be familiar with if you use SpeedGrader to view student document submissions or have documents automatically displaying throughout your course, is currently experiencing sporadic errors. Users may experience a Service is Currently Unavailable error.
Canvas has implemented a temporary fix and is monitoring results. To stay up to date with this issue, monitor Canvas’s status page about it here.
The FAU NUPARK system is currently unavailable. Users connecting to the online site and other parking applications will receive an error: ERROR 403 – This web app is stopped. We are working with the vendor to restore service as quickly as possible.

Description of change: OIT will be performing updates affecting a limited number of desktops and laptops on Thursday April 21st at 12:00 a.m. This change only affects users in Building 22

Expected End-user impact: User in building 22 that are not currently using Duo to login to their Windows laptops or desktops will start receiving prompts to authenticate via duo on their next reboot
OIT has put in place a fix for this issue and is currently monitoring its progress. However, some users may see duplicates of their zoom recordings appear in MyMediasite as the two systems sync. It is safe to delete the additional recording once it has imported.
Users with stalled imports should see them import in the next few days.
