Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 06/23/2022 from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Server configuration changes
Description of change: OIT will be performing some configuration changes affecting servers. No end-user impact is expected
Downtime window start 6/23/2022 12:00 AM
Downtime window end 6/23/2022 12:05 AM
Affected services: Active Directory
Expected End-user impact: We do not anticipate any end user impact

[Resolved] Zoom Login Issues

In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of change: OIT will be performing some configuration changes affecting Znumber Lookup web pages.
Downtime window start 6/16/2022 3:00 AM
Downtime window end 6/16/2022 6:00 AM
Affected services: Banner self-service (SSB)
Expected End-user impact: Both Znumber Lookup web pages will no longer be accessible after the change.

Multiple FAU services are currently unavailable

We have experienced a hardware failure and multiple FAU services are currently unavailable- including Account Self Service to reset your password, banner self-service, and others.

We are investigating and working to resolve as soon as possible.
