SonicFoundry has reported the intermittent issues with Mediassite has been resolved.
Sonic Foundry is aware of intermittent issues within the Mediasite Video Cloud environment, and are investigating. Users may experience playback issues, issues with live streaming, and inability to log into the Management Portal and other applications.
The Office of Information Technology will be performing maintenance to production Banner, ODS and Data Warehouse systems beginning Thursday, March 12th at 3:00 am. Services are expected to be fully restored by Thursday, March 12th at 7:00 am. The services listed below are affected by this maintenance will be unavailable during this time.

Description of change: The residency process used for non-degree for undergrad and grad will be changed. Holds will be used to show status of residency process as well as OnBase forms and workflow to do verification of residency.

OIT will be performing network maintenance from 5:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday March 11th from 5:00 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. During this time, network connectivity on the following campuses will be interrupted for up to 20 minutes during the maintenance window: Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, and the NWRDC data center located in Tallahassee. All campuses may experience short interruptions in connectivity to the internet during the maintenance window.
OIT will be performing network maintenance starting at 11:00 P.M. and lasting until 4:00 a.m. During this time, there will be sporadic interruptions to network connectivity on the Boca Raton and Jupiter campuses. The Jupiter campus will experience the majority of the interruptions due to the nature of the maintenance. While we anticipate the network maintenance to be completed early in the maintenance window, the entire window is reserved for resolving any issues that may arise.

Convert all upper case Spriden names to mixed case Spriden names
Description of change: OIT will make changes to correct upper case names to mixed case. The TEST score loading process is populating all upper case first, last, middle names to Spriden names. This need to be corrected in backend. Make data load of names in SPAIDEN be mixed case.

Description of change: OIT will update the NLS setting in WebFOCUS Codepage from “U.S English/Western European” to “UTF8.” This change is necessary to correct the wrong characters on the SPOT reports.

We have discovered a problem with the University form server indexing newly submitted documents. While this doesn’t affect reception and data integrity it is causing delays in processing some form posts that require manual interaction. We are going to attempt several adjustments at 10 pm in an attempt to resolve this issue. Frevvo will be offline for 5 to 10 minutes while it is restarted.
The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance -Starting from 3:00am to 7:00am (EST) Friday, 2/28/2020.
This affects student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services.
We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you.
You may wish to place warnings on your website, or take your store offline.
