Mediasite presentations may be delayed from appearing in their respective channels beyond the nominal 24-hour window. We are investigating with the vendor and will post updates as they become available.
Direct link and embedded presentation appear to be unaffected.

We restarted Banner Admin at 12:00PM today to clear out some errors. We are still working with Ellucian and monitoring the performance of Banner Admin. We believe to have identified an issue with performance problems during the morning times and hoping the system starts performing normally again.

Yesterday there was improvement with the Banner Admin service. We believe to have identified one integration that might be causing issues in the early morning, and we will be reviewing to ensure it is rescheduled. We are still working with users to review any timeouts and performance issues, especially when saving information. We are actively working with Ellucian at this moment.

Within the last few days we have been experiencing issues with Banner Admin. Users have reported being on different forms and the application may be locking up, the loading icon spins, and other symptoms. We are actively working on the issues, but the root cause is still unclear. If you are experiencing issues, please submit a Help Desk ticket and provide a screenshot of any error messages you are encountering.
The issues with the telephone system have been resolved.
We are experiencing intermittent issues with the Cisco telephone system. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
We are currently experiencing an issue affecting access to Banner Admin. Users may be unable to log in or may encounter errors when attempting to use the system.

Update: Personal owlONE agents may fail to run due to a recent model change. To resolve this, users will need to update each or their personal agent Model Type to “Assistant” and Model to “gpt‑4.1.”

Some users are reporting “502 Bad Gateway” errors when trying to access New Quizzes in Canvas. Instructure is currently working on a fix for the issue. We’ll update this post as we receive more information. Immediate updates are available at: https://status.instructure.com/incidents/6v72tv0hs8fv
[10:30 am Monday] Network Infrastructure and Research Computing are working to isolate the problem between the Campus core and the Research Buildings. Hardware is being dispatched, and we will continue testing as we work towards a resolution.
[9pm Sunday] Research Computing’s home directory and scratch file systems are currently unavailable. We are investigating and will update this tomorrow morning once more information is known.
