Mediasite is aware of issues impacting video playback in the Video Cloud environment. Mitigation steps have been taken, and there has been no occurrence of the issue over the past several hours. Playback is currently functioning normally at this time.
We are experiencing issues with Banner Admin currently. The forms are not being loaded. We are looking at the issue now.
Yesterday’s service degradation appears to have been mitigated, although Zoom is still reporting sluggishness with Zoom Whiteboards.
Zoom has resolved the issue, and the older recordings are now processing successfully.
Zoom has identified service degradation over multiple services and is working on a resolution.
Zoom is currently investigating Cloud Recording Processing Delays
Banner Admin service has been restored.
We are experiencing issues with Banner Admin currently. The forms are not being loaded and some users are reporting the following message: Authentication Failed – Error in Banner Admin service. We are looking at the issue now.
We have removed a server that was having issues serving the Registration application. Students should not have issues connecting to Registration now.
We are having intermittent issues with Banner Registration currently. We have identified the problem and we are implementing a solution currently. If a Student receives an error while trying to Register, please just close out your browser and try again. We will provide an update once fully resolved.
OIT will be performing Banner maintenance tomorrow, Thursday, July 31, from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, Banner will be unavailable.
