OIT will be performing network maintenance affecting all campuses from 12:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. on Saturday January 31st. During this time, all campuses will experience short interruptions in connectivity to the Internet and to internal network-based services.
Update: The issue with SSOT has been resolved and services have been restored to full functionality.
We have identified a possible issue with Single-Sign On TEST (SSOT). We are actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Update 01/26/26 20:24: We have identified the potential problem with all our transcript request services, and are working on resolving it. We appreciate your patience as we work through the problem.
Original Post: Our online transcript request service is currently not operational. We are currently working at solving the problem. We will provide more information as we investigate. Students will not be able to request a paper transcript, nor submit an electronic transcript request.
We have confirmed that authenticated REDcap users are being forced to reauthenticate every few minutes. We are investigating the issue and will update when the issue is resolved.
We are currently investigating intermittent Wi-Fi issues and working to resolve as soon as possible. We will update this status as we have more information.
Microsoft is reporting an outage with 365 Services. Users may be receiving an error message when attempting to send or receive email through Outlook.
