[Resolved] AT&T Outage affecting phone service

Our service provider AT&T is currently experiencing a widespread outage which is affecting phone and internet service. On campus phones, as well as AT&T cell phones may be affected. They are working to resolve and we will update as we receive additional information.

Subset of Zoom users unable to see cloud recordings

New incident: Investigating

Zoom is currently investigating an issue where some users are intermittently unable to view their list of cloud recordings in their web portal. The recordings are not impacted or erased. Some users are just unable to see them at this time.

While Zoom works to resolve this issue, Zoom recommend impacted users refresh their browser, which may allow them to see their recordings.

Network maintenance on Sunday January 31 at 11:00 pm

OIT will be performing upgrades and enhancements to several FAU network segments between 11:00 p.m. on January 31 and 1:00 a.m. on February 1.  During the maintenance window, there may be a 5 minute disruption to the campus networks.

[RESOLVED] Starfish Success Network is not displaying connections

The issue have been resolved.

The Starfish system is currently not displaying any connections including advisors and advising offices for students. The problem is being investigated and will update when we have more information.

COVID-19 Health Check-in Update

The Office of Information will be updating the COVID-19 Health Check-in which is displayed when users login to Canvas and Workday. This upgrade will occur at 8 pm and last until 8:15 pm.

While not expected some users may have difficulty logging in and updating their health status during this time. If you have any trouble please try again after 8:15 pm.
